GIPPSTAR – JANUARY WINNERS

The January Junior Gippstar Award Winner is Brody Cargill of Traralgon for his achievements in his sport of Swimming.  Brody competed in the Victorian Country Swimming Championships at Warragul over the Australia Day long weekend.  He qualified to swim in five events. He won four medals from five events. Gold medals in 50m Butterfly and 50 Breaststroke and Silver medals in 50m Backstroke and 50m Freestyle. Well done Brody!

The January Open Gippstar Award Winner is Elizabeth Krog of Bass for her achievements in her sport of Equestrian. Elizabeth and her horse (Warrawee Impresareeo) won the title of Barastoc 52^nd Horse of the year show champion held by Equestrian Victoria at Werribee Park. As a result, they now go on to compete in Sydney. Congratulations Elizabeth!
