Individual Scholarship Program (ISH)

The ISH program is an extension of the Sport Science component, specifically Strength & Conditioning sessions.  The program will runs annually from February to November with Strength & Conditioning sessions, access to our Nutition & Sport Psychology sessions.  You will also have the benefit of priority appointments with our Physiotherapist and Nutritionist, as extended to all GSA athletes.

Strength and Conditioning dates for 2022:

Zoom sessions to be held on 1st Thursday of every month commencing 3rd of February 5.30pm – 6.30pm, future dates are as follows:

3rd March 2nd June 1st Sept
7th April 7th July 6th Oct
5th May 4th Aug 3rd Nov


Face to Face sessions are the 3rd Tuesday of the month commencing the 15th of Feb from 5.30pm – 6.30pm, future dates are as follows:

15th March 21st June 20th Sept
19th April 19th July 18th Oct
17th May 16th Aug 15th Nov
